Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, INeedAnAlibi.com, and their respective employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Protected Parties") shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

• Your access to or use of the platform
• Any fictional content generated, displayed, or described on the platform
• Creative suggestions, prompts, articles, or guides
• Educational resources, lesson ideas, or workshop materials
• AI-assisted or AI-generated outputs
• Reliance on any information presented on the site
• Service interruptions, errors, or data loss

Aggregate cap

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded by law, the aggregate liability of the Protected Parties shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid to access the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

Essential basis

You acknowledge that these limitations are an essential basis of the bargain between you and the Protected Parties and that the platform would not be provided on an open-access basis without them.
