Indemnification

Your obligation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, INeedAnAlibi.com, and their respective employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns (the "Protected Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your misuse of the platform
• Your violation of the Terms of Use or any policy in this Trust Center
• Your unlawful conduct or violation of any applicable law
• Your misuse of any generated content, including presenting fictional output as fact
• Your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property and privacy

Cooperation

The Protected Parties reserve the right, at their own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with their defense of such matter.
