This section explains how we prefer to resolve disputes and the governing law for any claim involving INeedAnAlibi.com.
Informal resolution first
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact Relationale LLC at support@INeedAnAlibi.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least sixty (60) days.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to INeedAnAlibi.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Venue
Subject to applicable mandatory consumer-protection laws, the state and federal courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not resolved informally.
Class action waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
Severability
If any part of this Dispute Resolution section is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
